Projected Start-up Costs

Although it is possible to start a bed and breakfast without a big capital investment, there are some important start-up costs one must consider. A major factor is whether or not you already own a building suitable for a bed and breakfast. The projections here assume that a building is completely paid for. Otherwise, you will need to include a house payment in these projections. Keep in mind, these costs are only estimates. Your expenses could be greater or less. But its a good idea to ALWAYS plan for more than you expect!
